Vintage Solid Brass Strike Plate for Mortise Locks

These strike plates are made of solid brass with a medium patina. They have been cut some time in the past but that only makes them easier to install. Historically when old doors shifted it was far easier to just cut the strike plate than to re-work the door so we find this a lot.
