Door Knobs

Sometimes only the antique or vintage door knobs are needed. You might be looking for a knob, or knobs, to match a missing item in your historic home or want to create your own set with a custom mix of door plates, key hole escutcheons and latches. Please note that not all door knobs fit all door plates or rosettes (round door plates). Pay attention to the dimensions of both. I try to give measurements as close as possible but sometimes just a millimeter difference prohibits the knob from sitting in the plate properly. If you are ordering a set I will check them before completing the order.

For those of you with modern pre-drilled doors you can either repair the large hole (see FAQ) or obtain a retrofit kit (see Links page).
