This impressive entry set features door plates by Russell & Erwin in their Jerome pattern from the Empire School of Design. The doorknobs are not by the same manufacturer but are a close match, if a bit more ornate, with the Jerome knobs. All pieces are made of very heavy cast bronze with a warm rich patina. With the exterior knob being a bit larger your front door will have an elegant presence that is hard to beat!

One door plate has had an additional keyhole cut to accommodate an entry mortise lock with dual locking functions. For those locks a split spindle is needed. If you choose to just ignore the lower keyhole and use the set with a standard mortise lock a standard spindle would be used. Due to those options I have not included a spindle with this set and reduced the price accordingly. Please go to Small Parts to choose a spindle for your particular application.

Other than the cut keyhole I do not find any other damage but a couple of minor dents on the edge of the entry knob (see photo). If installed with the dents facing down they would not be seen.

I have two other doorknobs that match. See Item DK1034.

Doorknobs: 2-1/4” and 2-1/2” diameter
Plates: 3” wide x 12” high
See photo for spacing measurements
