This creamy white Bakelite piece is unusual in several respects and has never been used. Made by General Electric in the 1930’s – 1940’s, the 5 outlets are actually part of the plate. It has little metal pieces that press fit into the plate to cover the mounting screws that attach it to the junction box - giving it a real clean lined Art Deco look. The other unique feature for this style plate is that they were made where they can be installed singly or immediately adjacent to other break-away plates. If you enlarge the real close up photo you will see where it tells that the plates can be broken off at the lines. This allows you to mount several plates (switch, outlet, etc.) together for the look of one larger combination plate. Infinite possibilities!

Having never been used this piece is in almost mint condition. The only issue is a few scratches to the metal screw cover inserts from storage. Note that these outlets have no ground. If that is an issue it can be wired to a GFCI circuit.
