Stunning Brass Foliate Drawer Pulls and Keyhole Covers

Made around 1910 or earlier, this is an absolutely gorgeous set in so many different ways.  A multitude of different leaves and flowers twine together with one coiled portion swooping out to form the handle. The matching keyhole covers are just as ornate but with more petite details. As exquisite as the design is the way the pieces have aged is equally stunning. All parts are covered with light verdigris but where loving hands have opened doors has turned to a dark caramel color. Please click on the photos to enlarge them and see all the fine detail.

This is an exceptionally high quality set made of thick cast brass. All original screws and nails are included but one of the screws to hold the handles on is missing. Easy to replace. Even the nails where the heads show on the keyhole covers have a matching patina!
