Steel Face Lock by Mallory, Wheeler – 2-1/16” Spacing

Plain antique mortise lock by Mallory, Wheeler. The heavy steel face plate has been cleaned to a mottled grey look and then given a lacquer clear coat. Lock casing is cast iron. Strike and dead bolt are iron. Reversible for right or left hand doors. Remove one screw, flip the strike over and close the lock again. Ready for another 100 years of use! I do not have a skeleton key for this lock. See your local locksmith and I will guarantee the deadbolt works with the proper key.
