Stanley Craftsman Tiger Stripe Half Hinges 4” x 4”

Don’t you just hate it when you are without half of a hinge?  These are vintage steel hinges from about 1910 – 1920 when the copper tiger stripe design was so popular.  They have the small heart with the initials S W (Stanley Works) on the backs.  

These halves have not been cleaned and have surface rust.  The pins remove easily as do the screw-in ball finales.  An interesting feature is the slot in the finales for them to be screwed on.   The size of a complete hinge would be 4” x 4”.
