Returns
If you’re not happy with your purchase, I will refund your money less a handling fee to defray my cost to ship it to you. I do request that you measure carefully to be sure the item(s) will fit where they are to be used to avoid any disappointment. Your return must be shipped prepaid in the original packaging within 7 days of your receipt.
NOTE: If you have damaged* your purchase in any way, please do not expect a refund with only a handling/shipping cost deducted. I reserve the right to deduct 75% of the total item cost if damaged* so be sure it is in the same condition before shipping back to me. This is not Home Depot and very few antique hardware sites allow returns at all. Please do not abuse this consideration.
*Damaged = Not in the same condition as received.
