Set of 4 Vintage Brass Plated Cannonball Hinges

These 3-1/2” x 3-1/2” hinges are from around 1950 and are just what you need for a period mid-century restoration. They are made of heavy steel with some wear to the brass plating on the barrels. When I received them they were covered with many layers of thick paint. Now they are cleaned, polished a bit and the pins remove easily. I even cleaned the screws – definitely a lot of work with those little slots on all of them!

My camera played havoc with the polished brass on the group photo. The photo of the single hinge most accurately shows how shiny they are. Not too much and not too little. Note that on a couple of the pins the brass has worn so they are now a silver color.

These are much stronger than modern hinges and were installed two per door.  The above price is for all 4 hinges and original mounting screws.
