These knobs are for use with an antique rim lock and were the most common used during the mid to late 1800’s. The flared shaft goes against the surface mounted lock and the straight shaft goes in a rosette for the other side of the door. These doorknobs need some clean up but are in great antique condition. They have charming age spots, some glaze skips and irregularities that attest to their age. There are no chips or cracks and all remain firmly attached to the shaft. Old slopped paint is easily removed.

As a bonus I am including a set where both set screws are damaged and might not be easily removed even with oil. You can always drill the screws out and I’ve included a few new steel screws that you can tap the screw holes to 10/32 if need be. Worst case just cut the spindle in half and you have a cast iron rosette :o)

The above price is for all the items pictured.

Diameter 2-1/4”
