Pretty Cast Bronze Rosette with Flowers

This is a pretty little rosette was made by Penn Hardware between 1885 and 1907. It features a four-fold design with stylized flowers in each quadrant. Note that the screws will make the center for two of them! Very fine metal artistry and note the picketing around the doorknob collar! Be sure and enlarge the photos to see all the fabulous detail.

Made of thick cast brass in excellent condition. It has been polished in the past and will gain patina in time.
