These darling glass daisies started life as doorknobs but, although perfect in every other way, they can no longer be used as such. The easiest way to install them is to simply put a nail or screw in the wall or window casing and just slip the doorknob over it. Walla!  A bit of romance and sparkle for any room but your princess in training will just adore them in her room.  In the main photo I’ve shown them installed on the window casing but another location would be on the wall (where the straight edge of the curtain hangs) with a cord or ribbon looping the curtain – perhaps with a bow at the daisy?

The reason these cannot be used as doorknobs is because the interior (where the spindle would insert) has worn and they are missing set screws.  These issues in no way affect their use as curtain tie backs. There are no scratches or chips to the pressed glass and the brass ferrules retain a medium patina.

Price is for one pair of knobs
