Pair Antique Kean & Doty Cast Iron Hinges

These 4” x 4” hinges were made by Kean & Doty Mfg. Co. in the late 1800’s and their signature, K & D, is inscribed on the back.  The incised design is very Victorian with lots of swirls and note that the screws would be daisy centers once installed! The designs on the back show when your door is closed for additional beauty.

They are in excellent condition and pins remove easily. The bronze plating on the high parts is brighter on the front of one and the back of the other.
