P F Corbin Ceylon Bronze Doorknobs – Several available

These beautiful wrought bronze antique doorknobs were made by P & F Corbin and are featured in their 1895 hardware catalog.  The named design, Ceylon, has a fantastic mix of geometrics and flowers.

All doorknobs are in exceptional condition with an incredible dark patina like the one in the photo. You may choose to polish the high portions or polish them completely but I didn’t want to disturb the patina since many people prefer them that way. The patina can be removed rather quickly but, once removed, would take decades to return.
