P F Corbin Ceylon Bronze Doorknobs – Passage or Entry

These beautiful wrought bronze antique doorknobs were made by P & F Corbin and were made around the turn of the century.  The named design, Ceylon, has a fantastic mix of geometrics and flowers. These are the later version of this knob and they have a flatter dome and larger diameter than the earlier door knobs in the same design. Because of the larger size they are perfect for use at an entry but can also be used for passage doors.

Stock rotates and photo is representative. All door knobs are in exceptional condition with no scratches, dents or damage. They have various levels of patina. One doorknob has a piece of cut spindle that rattles inside. This does not effect its use or visual appeal. It could be considered an asset if you want to be able to hear a slight rattle if someone is opening or shutting the door!  Unless you specifically request this knob in the Comments section at checkout it will be the last one sold.
