Large Depression Era Glass Cabinet or Small Door Knob

This is a larger fluted hexagon glass knob that could be used on a piece of furniture or even a small door.  The old rod has a nice large button with iron patina but doesn’t sit completely flush with the glass. Still looks and works well. I’ve also included a new rod that has more length and the button sits in the glass recess. The old rod allows a thickness of up to 1-1/8” where the new longer one allows 1-1/2” for the mounting surface.  Knob measures 1-1/2” diameter (point to point) and it is 1-3/8” high excluding the metal button.
