I use the PayPal Web Payments system and you are NOT required to have a PayPal account. At the end of your checkout, you will be automatically directed to the Secure PayPal Payment website to complete your purchase. You will then be able to pay with your VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Discover card OR use your PayPal account.
