Hefty Brass Craftsman Style Door Holder

Do you need to hold a door open due to spring hinges, an off kilter door or ghosts?  This spring loaded door stay will do the trick!  Mounted on the lower part of the door (the appropriate distance from the floor), you just flip it down to keep the door in place.  Flip it up when not in use.

Made of solid cast brass and the rubber “foot” is still in exceptional condition.  It has a patent number on the back plate and I find that it was patented March 29, 1932 by A. C. Werth and manufactured by Glynn Johnson, both from LaPorte, Indiana.
