These exquisite sets were made by P & F Corbin and are shown in their 1895 hardware catalog. They dubbed the pattern “Roanoake”. Please enlarge the photos to see all the Art Nouveau detail more closely. The plates are large for that time period and would be suitable for an entry door as well as passage doors.
As beautiful as they are the condition is just as spectacular – there is not a single dent, bend, scratch, crack or other damage on any piece! They are made of wrought bronze with copper plating. There is some wear to the copper plating on the doorknobs as would be expected after over 100 years of hands turning them. Spindles with set screws are included but not pictured.

Door plates: 2-1/8” x 7-3/4” (at widest points)
Spacing: Center of door knob hole to center of round portion of keyhole – These plates will fit both 2-1/8” and 2-3/16” locks
