Very unusual and sure to make a statement in your home or collection! The T handle is made in the shape of a deer antler and would lift and swivel to open the door. The lever for the other side has an elegant shape with a two-fold design of tulips or trumpet flowers.
I found a very similar design by Adams & Westlake (showing the lever as outside) and suspect this is by the same maker in the early 20th century. The construction of this set is with the spindle being permanently attached to the T handle and back plate; the lever handle screws on to the back plate for the other side of the door. There are no set screws used since the back plates screw on to the door holding the respective handles in place. The lever is marked RH indicating that it is for a right hand door with the lever being mounted on the exterior (shown as RH in photo). However, I dont see any reason that the lock could not be reversed, which would result in the lever curling down instead of up. All parts are bronze except the back cover plate on the latch.

Lever handle is 5-1/2 long
Latch: Casing 3-1/4 wide x 2-1/8 high
