Antique Mortise Lock - Steel Face with 2-3/16” Spacing

Antique mortise lock with a plain steel faceplate.  This lock has been taken apart, cleaned & oiled.  Before putting it back together the lock face plate was given a lacquer clear coat for a soft shine.  Lock casing is cast iron.  Strike and deadbolt are steel.  Reversible for right or left hand doors – remove one screw, flip the strike over and close the lock again.  Ready for another 100 years of use!
