Antique Eastlake Cast Iron Door Hinges 4”x 4”

These ball tipped hinges are from the turn of the century and were probably made by Reading Hardware Company.  They sport an Eastlake Aesthetic pattern with an Egyptian or Oriental feel.  There is no incising on the hinge barrel to detract the eye.  The hinges were designed to protrude and the design carries over to the hinge backs for beauty at every angle.  Most of the original bronze wash remains.  Pins and screw in finales remove easily.
