Incredible metal artistry! The plates have lots of geometrics with daisies and an Egyptian style urn with drooping flower on the bottom portion. The recessed areas have a field design of bulls-eyes and the edges of the plate are knurled. The doorknobs feature a four-fold pattern of stylized flowers with the same bulls-eye field design. Note the banded knurled edge and details on the back as well. This dainty little set is sure to invite appreciation!

Antique hardware experts believe this set may be by Branford or Reading but are unsure. All pieces are made of cast bronze which has been polished. It is currently obtaining some patina. One plate has a VERY small bend. It’s shown in the photo (next to the doorknob collar) and bet you can’t see it :o) A square steel spindle with original bronze set screws is included (not pictured).

Doorplate: 1-5/8” wide x 5-1/4” high
Center of doorknob hole to center of round portion of keyhole 2”
Doorknobs: 2-1/8” diameter
