Antique Cylinder Entry Door Plate – Russell & Erwin “Racine”

This is a very high quality door plate made by Russell & Erwin around 1905. They named the pattern “Racine”. As with all R & E artistic hardware the detail is gorgeous. Made of very thick cast brass with copper plating. Attractive naturally occurring verdigris that I’ve opted to leave intact. Clean if you wish but I personally love the old greenish look!

This plate is missing the doorknob collar but is still useable with a precise placement during installation. The diameter of the door knob shaft you use with this should be at least 5/8” – better 3/4”

From the bottom of the cylinder hole to the center of the doorknob hole is 3”
